Account Delete Policy

Delete a user account

In order to delete a user account and the corresponding private information in the account, a user shall email us at [email protected] from the email address we have on record for that account, and stating the user’s request that we delete the account. We will respond to that request within twenty-four (24) hours and effect the account deletion within 48 hours of the request.
